- Vagabond holds the right to cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances (for example, unfavourable weather).
- In the event of a force majeure, Vagabond will make reasonable efforts to notify customers as soon as possible and, where feasible, offer alternative arrangements. Vagabond shall not be liable for refunds, additional costs, losses or damages incurred as a result. Credit notes, if any, are offered at Vagabond's sole discretion and in accordance with applicable laws and supplier terms.
