Terms & Conditions • All timings and activities are subject to weather, group size and the capabilities of participants. • Vagabond holds the right to cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances (for example, unfavourable weather). • In the event of a force majeure, Vagabond will make reasonable efforts to notify customers as soon as possible and, where feasible, offer alternative arrangements. Vagabond shall not be liable for refunds, additional costs, losses or damages incurred as a result. Credit notes, if any, are offered at Vagabond's sole discretion and in accordance with applicable laws and supplier terms. • By booking, you agree to have read and abide by the Vagabond Experiences Terms & Conditions. Cancellation Policy • Cancellations made 3 days or more before the experience date incur a 70% cancellation fee. • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the experience date receive no refund. • Tickets are transferable — you can send someone else in your place, provided you inform Vagabond beforehand. • 3.8% of the booking amount covers payment gateway charges and is non-refundable.
