Important Terms & Conditions Partial redemption is NOT allowed. The voucher must be used in one single visit. Advance scheduling is mandatory. The visit must be pre-scheduled/redeemed at least one day in advance. This voucher is valid only at the specified Timezone location during redemption. Present your voucher code along with the mobile number used to book at the venue. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash. Unused or expired vouchers will not be refunded or extended. Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers will not be replaced. Although Timezone does not collect or store customer personal data such as email addresses or contact numbers, Aurea Gifts LLP may collect limited customer information, including mobile numbers, solely for the purpose of OTP authentication, voucher validation, fraud prevention, and prevention of unauthorized or fraudulent redemption of vouchers. Such data shall be collected, processed, and retained in accordance with applicable laws in India, including data protection and privacy regulations, and shall not be used for marketing purposes without the customer’s explicit consent.
