1. Late Check-In Policy
Grace Period: Guests arriving more than [e.g., 10–15 minutes] after their scheduled check-in time may not be guaranteed entry. No Refunds for Late Arrivals: Failure to arrive on time may result in denied entry without any refund or rescheduling option. Reallocation of Slot: If guests do not check in within the grace period, their time slot may be reassigned to walk-in customers or waitlisted guests.
2. Entry Policy
Right to Refuse Entry: The venue reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone at its discretion, including but not limited to intoxicated individuals or those causing disturbance. ID Verification: Guests may be required to present valid ID that matches the name on the booking.
3. Cancellation and Refunds
Non-Refundable Bookings: All bookings are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
4. Ticket Validity
Tickets are only valid for the date and time specified at the time of purchase. Tickets cannot be transferred to another date or person unless explicitly allowed.
5. No-Shows
Failure to show up without prior notice will be treated as a no-show, and no refunds or reschedules will be provided.
6. Event Changes
In case of event cancellation or unforeseen changes (e.g. technical issues, weather, etc.), ticket holders will be notified and may be offered a reschedule or refund at the organizer’s discretion.
7. Conduct and Liability
Guests are expected to behave responsibly; any damage to property may be charged. The venue is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings.
8. Photography and Media
The venue may take photos/videos for promotional purposes. By entering, guests consent to this unless they opt out beforehand.
9. Force Majeure
The venue is not liable for cancellations or changes due to circumstances beyond its control (e.g. natural disasters, pandemic, government orders).
