You can ask us to permanently delete your Auréa account and the personal data associated with it. This applies to the Auréa mobile app and aureagifts.com.
What is deleted: your name, mobile number, email, date of birth, city and preferences, saved items and account login. What we may retain: records we must keep by law (for example transaction and tax records) and information needed to resolve disputes or prevent fraud, for the minimum period required.
Submit the form below with your registered mobile number (and email, if you have one). We verify your identity and process the request within 30 days. You can also email support@aureagifts.com.
