How do I purchase an experience?
Browse an experience, select your preferred option, add it to cart, and complete payment. Your voucher will be issued after successful payment.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other digital payment methods shown at checkout.

Validity, Cancellations & No-Show Policy
What is the validity of the voucher?

Can I cancel my voucher purchase?
Yes. Vouchers can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not been redeemed.
What happens once a voucher is redeemed and scheduled?
Once a voucher is redeemed on the Aurea website and scheduled with the experience partner, it is considered confirmed.
What if I do not show up for my scheduled experience?
If the recipient does not attend the experience at the scheduled time, it will be treated as a no-show, and the voucher will be deemed used and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
Can I reschedule my experience after booking?
Rescheduling is subject to the experience partner’s policy and availability.
Can expired vouchers be extended?
Extensions are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Delivery & Order Issues
What if my PIN code is not serviceable for physical delivery?
You will be notified during checkout, and you may choose an e-voucher instead.
Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?
Address changes are possible only before dispatch and are subject to courier approval.
What if the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery?
Courier partners will attempt re-delivery as per their policy. If delivery fails, Aurea support will assist.

Voucher Issuance & Delivery

- Aurea is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners beyond its control.
Voucher Validity

- Vouchers must be redeemed and used within the stated validity period.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Vouchers may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the voucher has not been redeemed.
- Once a voucher is redeemed on the Aurea website, it becomes non-cancellable and non-refundable.
- No refunds shall be issued for partially used or unused vouchers after redemption.

No-Show Policy

- In case of a no-show, the voucher shall be deemed fully used, and no refund, rescheduling, or replacement shall be permitted.
Rescheduling
- Rescheduling requests are subject to the experience partner’s policy and availability.
- Aurea does not guarantee rescheduling once a booking is confirmed.
Transferability
- Vouchers are transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- The recipient must meet all eligibility and usage requirements of the experience.
Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes regarding voucher usage, redemption, or partner acceptance must be reported to Aurea within 48 hours of the scheduled experience date.
- Aurea’s decision shall be final and binding.
